What makes diva with a mop different from other cleaning companies?

The satisfaction of our customers is our most valuable business card.

How will you access my home?

You can choose one of the three options to allow a Diva into your home:

  1. Most of our customers provide us with a hour key that we keep safe and secure in our key safe and coded for security.

  2. If it is not possible to leave a key with us, you can always meet your Diva at your home. Set a time and date with your Diva.

  3. If neither of the above is possible, just give us a call and we will make an alternate arrangement.

Will the cleaning divas be trained and supervised?

Every Diva that comes to your home will go through extensive training under the supervision of our Founder, Damaris. Every Diva is trained to deliver a thorough and spotless Diva With A Mop clean. Then, they will work under the supervision of Damaris until they have mastered the job.

If I give you my keys, how are they protected?

We have set up a secure system to ensure your keys never lose their way. Keys are coded and stored in a lock box that only Diva With A Mop management can access. When your cleaning day is scheduled, your coded key is matched with your Diva. After the service has been completed, your Diva returns all keys to management who then places them back into the secure storage box.

What is the cost of my cleaning?

The cost of the service is based primarily on the size, condition of your home and frequency of service. At Diva With A Mop, we listen to what you want done in your home and will construct a personalized quote that will fit your budget.

What is your cancellation policy?

As mentioned in our policy, there is no fee if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment a cancellation fee, 50% of booking fee or a minimum of $40, will be charged.

how many people will be cleaning my home?

Our cleaning Divas will either be alone or in small teams of two. There is no better way to provide you with a more personalized service. Our Divas will get to know you and your home and will make sure to provide you with a more personal service.

Are you insured and bonded?

Absolutely!

will I always have the same Diva?

We always try to send the same Diva to your home for each visit. Sometimes, that may not always be possible due to vacation, days off or illness. But no need to worry, if your Diva is not available we will make sure you will have a Diva that will also do an amazing job.

What if something in my home gets broken?

We know that cleaning your home requires our Divas to dust, scrub and polish everything in order to get the clean Diva With A Mop is known for. We also know that accidents happen. So if any damage or loss does occur, just notify us within 48 hours of the cleaning date, and we will do our best to solve the problem.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

Diva With A Mop gladly accepts the following forms of payment:

Payment is due at the time of service.

should I tip my diva?

If you are happy with the work done to your home we encourage you to show your appreciation. It is not a requirement, but a good way to say thank you!
