Cancellation

There is no fee if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment a cancellation fee, 50% of booking fee or a minimum of $40, will be charged.


Access

There are a couple of options for providing a Diva access to your home:

  • The most convenient method: you may leave a key to your residence with a Diva. Your key will be kept safe and secure in our key safe. All keys are coded for security and will never have your name or address attached to them. If you have an alarm system, please give a Diva instructions

  • If you do not feel comfortable leaving a Diva with your key, you may meet the service provider at your residence. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy should a Diva be unable to access your home during the preset arrival window.

  • If neither of the above is possible, please make alternate arrangements with your Diva.


Payment

Diva With A Mop gladly accepts:

  • CashApp

Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning. A $35 fee will be charged for each returned check.

 

Scheduling


One-time cleanings are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. Recurring cleanings are scheduled according to our Dive With A Mop checklist and priorities discussed when defining your service.

We strive to have the same Diva clean your home or office on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness or departure from the company, Diva With A Mop may occasionally provide a replacement Diva.

If due to the unique nature of your home, your service providers are unable to complete your cleaning within the amount of time requested, we may call you to ask for authorization to spend more time cleaning your home. We will inform you of additional costs accordingly before proceeding with the work.

 

In-Home Time


Generally, our Divas work in teams of one or two. Please note that, when more than one person is assigned, the quoted time required to complete the job, which was given in labor hours, is reduced. For example, if you were scheduled for a four hour labor-hour and two Diva’s are assigned, the total in-home cleaning time is two hours.

 

Holidays


If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday that Diva With A Mop observes, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning.

Gratuity


If you are happy with the work done to your home we encourage you to show your appreciation. It is not a requirement, but a good way to say thank you!

 

Breackage/Loss


We know that cleaning your home requires our Divas to dust, scrub and polish everything in order to get the clean Diva With A Mop is known for. We also know that accidents happen. So if any damage or loss does occur, just notify us within 48 hours of cleaning date, and we will do our best to solve the problem.
